MS Teams Calls - Issues with video and screen sharing
We are aware that some staff are experiencing difficulties with video and screen sharing when using the Teams Desktop application.
Microsoft have confirmed that this is a known issue and are actively investigating.
In the meantime, the following workarounds are available:
Use Teams Online (browser) or the Teams Mobile app. Please note that all participants should use the same platform for best results.
Create a Meet Now meeting, which is not affected by this issue.
We will provide a further update once Microsoft have released a permanent fix.
