How do I order a new toner & labels?

For the multifunctional devices and the HP Laser printers, we receive an alert when the toner is at 10% or less, so you don't need to take any action.

Note that HP 62 Black cartridges for the HP Officejet 200 printers should be ordered through SBS, please contact Procurement if you are unaware of how to order, or unable to do so.

The blood label and wristband printers do not require a toner, they are thermal printers. The labels should be ordered through SBS, although Stores may well have a stock.

Empty toner cartridges can be deposited in the cages located in Main Stores.
