Printer Toners & Labels - All you need to know about ordering

🖨️For Multifunctional devices* and HP Laser printers, we receive an alert when toner levels drop to 10% or less and will deliver this to the printer location in plenty of time; so there’s no need for you to take any action.

🖨️HP Officejet 200 Printers: HP 62 Black cartridges should be ordered through SBS. If you’re unsure how to order or unable to do so, please contact Procurement for assistance.

🖨️Blood label and wristband printers are thermal printers, so do not require toner.
The labels should be ordered through SBS, although Stores may well have a stock.

🖨️Patient Label Printer Labels (Imaging - BSU & Cardiology): For orders or inquiries, please contact Ethan Kent in Medical Records.

🗑️Used / empty toner cartridges can be deposited in the cages located in Main Stores.
