How do I change my photo / picture for all my Microsoft applications?

To change your profile picture, go to your Teams App, click on your current picture at the top right of the screen, and then click on your picture again to launch the Change your profile picture option.

Upload a new picture or click remove and hit save, this will change your picture on all the Microsoft suite of applications.
