How to add shared mailbox on Outlook Mobile App:

1.) Tap on the initial of your name then tap on the mail icon with the plus sign as shown below.

2.) Tap on "Add a shared mailbox"

3.) Lastly, type the shared mailbox you wanted to add then click continue.
