When I try to sign into NHSmail, it reverts to my MKUH mailbox, or vice versa.
NHSmail has recently migrated to M365, which is causing some issues switching between accounts.
If you attempt to log into your NHSmail account and you are instead presented with your MKUH mailbox, or vice versa, please follow the steps below.
1. Identify whether you are currently viewing your MKUH mailbox or your NHSmail mailbox. You should be able to tell the difference by the top left hand corner either showing "Milton Keynes University Hospital" or "NHS", as seen below. If you are viewing the wrong mailbox, please continue through this guide.

2. Click on your name or profile picture shown on the far right of the bars pictured above, this should open the following menu.

3. Click "Sign out". Signing out of these accounts will temporarily stop you from accessing their respective mailboxes and other associated functions in that browser, such as SharePoint and OneDrive, until the account with relevant access is signed back in.
4. Once signed out, you will be presented with the screen below.

5. Use the weblink below to be taken to the Microsoft sign in page, pictured below.
From here, you can choose to sign in with saved account details or click the "Use another account" button to manually type in either your MKUH or NHSmail email address before being prompted for the respective password.
