How to reset your PIN on Imprivata

You can reset your PIN on Imprivata or WoW yourself.

Tap your card as you normally do on the reader then click on forgot password:

A new window will pop and will ask you how you want to authenticate resetting your pin; either you can enter your long 14 character password that you use to sign in to computers and emails or you may enter the answer to the security questions that you set:

Below is the screen if you choose to enter you long 14 character password and the other is if you choose to answer the security question:

After these screens it will then send you to the screen where you just need to set again your Imprivata PIN.

Update that and you should be able to login on Imprivata with your new PIN.
