Bighand - How to outsource letters

Right click on transcription, choose batch process

Change drop down in the top right corner to “send to pathway manager”

Tick box on top left, this will batch all dictations that have not yet been outsourced.

Click submit in bottom right corner

This will move the dictations into the folder called “ Outsourcing”

Right click on the “outsourcing” folder

Repeat the batch process, this time choosing “outsource” from the drop down on the top right.

Click the box on the top right and submit

The dictation will now appear in the “outsourced” folder.

You can see at any given time which dictations are currently outsourced.

Once dictations have been transcribed, they will appear back in the “transcription” folder.
