How to reset ESR password when you have smart card access.
Login to ESR via smartcard when you have a smartcard and smartcard reader.
Once logged in to ESR look for "Manage Internet Access" on the top right button or bottom left corner list as shown below.
After clicking either of the buttons it will redirect you to a page where you can reset your password as shown below.
