Where should I save my files?
"If you want to keep your data, save it in the cloud for later.."
All files should be saved to 'the cloud' either on your OneDrive for Business (which all trust staff have) or on a MS Teams / SharePoint site. Those files will then be easily accessible from any PC, Laptop, WoW or mobile device that you use, either in the trust or at home.
Following this recommendation means your data will be safe should something happen to the PC, like a hard drive failure or in future replacement programs.
Saving files on a desktop, C or D Drive (or anywhere locally on the PC) is not supported by IT. These files are not backed up and are not recoverable. If you save to these locations, you do so at your own risk.
