Where should I save my files?

"If you want to keep your data, save it in the cloud for later.."
All files should be saved to the cloud: either OneDrive for Business (your personal space) or a Microsoft Teams channel (for team/shared files). These files can then be accessed from any PC, laptop, WoW device, or mobile, whether you’re in the Trust or at home.
Saving files this way keeps your data safe if your PC fails, is replaced, or is lost.
Important: Saving files locally on your desktop, C or D drive, or any other local folder is not supported by IT. These files are not backed up and cannot be recovered if something goes wrong. Saving locally is at your own risk.
💡 Tip: Use Teams for anything your team needs to see. This avoids access issues when you’re away and keeps collaboration simple.
