How to get ESR (430) username & password to use remotely (at home)

When working at the Trust, the preferred method of logging into ESR is to use your Smartcard.

To reset your password to access your ESR account outside of the Trust, please follow the steps below:

Insert Smartcard into reader, enter your Smartcard PIN, select an RD8 role and then launch ESR from the desktop icon

Click 'Login to ESR' (Top Right)

Click 'Log in with my care identity'

Select Smartcard and click continue

Click 'Manage Internet Access'

Here you will be presented with your username, starting with 430.

You can also, set a new password in order to access ESR from home or a mobile device.
