Sync Microsoft Edge profile across devices and gain access to saved passwords and favourites ⭐
Struggling to remember all those pesky secure passwords? Struggle no more; with Microsoft Edge, you can now sign in and synchronise your profile in seconds. This allows you to enjoy seamless browsing across devices, keep your favourites organised, pick up where you left off, and access secure passwords effortlessly.
This is a helpful feature that MKUH.IT is happy to endorse. It's incredibly useful, especially if you work between multiple devices, or work from home and do not have a Trust laptop as it ensures fast access to frequently used web pages and makes managing your online experience more efficient. 👍
**This is only for your personal work account, do not follow these steps for generic accounts or WoWs.
Sync your account on your computer (Do this on your main PC first and then you are good to go on any future PCs)
1. Select the profile image in the browser taskbar.
2. Select Manage profile settings > Sync > Turn on sync. If you see an option to sign in, continue to the next step. Note: If you see Manage profile settings, you're already signed in.
3. Select Sign in and choose an account or enter your account details. Select Continue.
4. Select Sync when you're asked if you want to sync your account. This syncs your favourites, passwords, and other browsing data across the devices you use with this account. Note: If you choose to sync favourites, any tabs you previously set aside will also be synced.
5. To switch to another account, click on your profile image, then add or select another profile.
And finally, whenever prompted Sign in to Edge to access your content on any computer, home or work.
