Patient Visitor App - User requires access to the website
What is PVA?
- The patient visitor app is a website used by staff to book time slots for family members to visit a loved one.
- Staff on a Ward or the ICU will need to log in to the site in order to book someone in.
- The application is only accessible from the Hospital Site.
How to add a user to the site?
- To access the site, the user will need to log a Fresh ticket adding their line manager for approval (SR - Helpdesk : MKUH.IT Service Desk (freshservice.com) )
- An Admin of the website or a member of the development team can give them access.
- Attached is the form that needs to be filled out by system admins to add a user to the site and a screenshot of what the app looks like after a user has been given access to a ward within the application.
