Unable to view Patient using eCare EDM Viewer
This is a quick Solution to "Patient Not Found" error message using the EDM Viewer
Check you can view the patient's record in EDM using the same MRN that the user is using in Powerchart.
If the record opens in EDM with no issues then the likely cause of the error will be the patients title (Mr, Mrs, Miss, etc) is missing from the patient record in eCare.
To check this then open PM Office - Person Correction Manager - search for your patient
If the title is not in EDM then you will need to go back to the requestor and ask them to contact the patient to confirm their title and then update them in Person Correction Manager..
Once this has been updated, they will need to restart PowerChart and the EDM Viewer will now load.
