New NHS England Smartcard Self Service PIN Reset
MKUH are taking part in NHS England's pilot for their new Smartcard Self-Service Unlock process; which is an exciting move forward.
Gone are the days of pre-registration, if you have a valid email address on your profile, you can reset your Smartcard PIN using this link New Smartcard Unlock Link
What's in it for me?
Nationally 60,000 Smartcard Pins are reset every month and it's estimated it takes MKUH staff about 15 minutes to get a Smartcard PIN reset (not including any wait time at the IT Hub), or even longer if you are working remotely. The new process is quick and simple; now all you need to do is sit back and imagine what you could do with all that extra time.
