Patient Label Errors Help

If you see an error message that says any of these:

This MRN has returned more than one active address or it has returned more than one patient.

The patient was not found in the database.

No address was found for the patient.

No date of birth was found for the patient.

Either the first or last name could not be found for this patient.

No sex was found for the patient.

Then there is an issue with the MRN provided and you need to log a ticket to Back Office to see if they can fix the patient details.

If you see an error message that says any of these:

Uploaded file is not in the correct format. Please ensure cell A1 in the excel sheet is 'MRN' followed by a list of MRNs.

Uploaded file is not in the correct format. Please ensure cell A1 in the Excel sheet is 'MRN' and B1 is 'Resource'.
