Citrix Workspace App - Increasing resolution (font size) in eCARE
This is for the version of Citrix workspace 24.2.2000.2301
Citrix Workspace App Settings:
Right click on the Citrix Workspace app (highlighted below)
Go to Advanced Preferences > High DPI:
Choose 'Let the operating system scale the resolution' and Save.
📢 Note: You will need to log out and back into eCARE for the changes to take effect.
