Planned Changes - Identity Agent Upgrade

We are rolling out a upgrade to Identity Agent.

What is Identity Agent?

Identity Agent (IA) is the software that enables you to use your smartcard to log in to systems like eCARE and ESR on your device

What to expect:

We have been working behind the scenes to deliver a more interactive installation process. When you're using eCARE or ESR, you'll now see a series of screens to keep you informed before, during and after the update.

Pre-Installation - Welcome Prompt
You'll receive a message letting you know an update is available, with the option to continue or postpone.

During Installation - Installation Progress
A progress screen will show the status while the update is being installed.

Post-Installation - Installation Finished

Once the update is complete, you’ll see a message confirming it has finished.
