Smartcard PIN Reset
**You MUST be on a Trust device in order for this process to work.

The process is simple:
Put your Smartcard in/on the reader
Click the "Start now" button
Enter the verification code received in your email
The email address used is the one on your profile. If for any reason the email address is wrong, see above steps on how to update your email address. If your card is already locked, then please contact the IT Service Desk, who can change it for you whilst your card is locked out.
Set a new PIN (6-8 digits only)
Your card is now ready to use.
If for any reason this fails; please speak with a SuperUser in the first instance or visit the MKUH.IT Hub (near main stores), which is open Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
