SuperUsers - How to Unlock a Smartcard in CIM (the replacement for CIS)

Pre-requisite
✅Please ensure you have two Smartcard readers available; usually one on a keyboard, or white reader and using the built-in reader at the side of the monitor on WoW's.
Double click the Smartcard Self-Service icon on your desktop to launch the Manage Care Identity (CIM the replacement for CIS)

Place your Smartcard into the reader, enter your passcode when prompted and select the Unlocker role (shown as Admin/Clerical Support Access Role) and click OK

Once successfully logged in, the CIM Dashboard will be displayed, place the card to be managed on / in your second card reader.
Select Service Smartcard

Once their profile has loaded, click on Unlock smartcard and press continue

Ask the user to enter a new passcode in the two boxes provided.
Click continue when ready

Please note:-They should not divulge their passcode to anyone, including you.
The PASSCODE should be between six to eight digits long, avoiding obvious sequences (e.g. 1234; 9999; 111111, their DOB)
