Planned Changes - WoW Screen Replacement Programme
The time has come for the long-awaited WoW (Workstation on Wheels) screens to be upgraded.
This upgrade focuses solely on replacing the Cybernet screen only (screen depicted below) — not laptops or the trolley/cart component of the WoW unit

How are we rolling these out?
Each Cybernet screen needs to be built and configured, after which the old screen will be removed from the trolley and the new screen installed.
The new screens use different batteries and charging stations. Please see updated guide : New Cybernet Screens - Batteries & Charging
With over 300 screens to deploy, we are prioritising areas that have logged IT incidents related to screen issues, as this is the most accurate way for us to understand where the impact is currently being felt.
📢Note : If you are experiencing issues with the cart/trolley itself—such as wheels, height adjustment, or brakes—these are not part of the screen replacement programme and should be reported separately by raising a new IT Incident.
