Planned Changes - Removal of Employee Online Desktop icon

Over recent weeks, HR have been communicating the upcoming replacement of the Employee Online (ME app) with a new system called Loop.

How is IT supporting the change?

While IT does not support the Loop app itself, we are assisting with part of the rollout by updating the desktop icons on staff devices.

The new Loop icon is being deployed to all staff desktops.

The existing Employee Online (ME app) icon will then be removed.

This is purely a change to the desktop icon to help staff access the new system more easily. All system-related queries or support requests for Loop should continue to be directed to HR.
