Prevent single points of failure with your MS content
Now is the time to consider the future and prevent single points of failure in your absence. Get into the mindset of setting up additional people on all your content, by adding more than one owner to a MS Team, PowerAutomate flow, Bi Reports and share your MS Forms with entire groups etc. You can even forward (re-direct) your emails to someone in your absence or share tickets with your colleagues on FreshService if you would like them to manage the tickets in your absence.

How do I Share my tickets with my colleagues?
To limit issues with accessing Trust data when you are not around, remember these principles.
Use OneDrive For Business for personal file storage, sharing files on an ad-hoc basis, and syncing documents across devices. It’s great for personal work or files that don’t need wide team collaboration or complex management.
Use Teams / SharePoint for team-based collaboration, document management, compliance, and when you need to share content across multiple people or departments. It’s ideal for centralised content management, team projects, and collaboration tools.
If you are leaving the Trust, discuss the best course of action for sharing the content in your OneDrive and what should happen with any existing meetings you have setup with your line manager as well.
